PALS NETWORK OF SCHOOLS: OPENING 2025!!!

OVERVIEW

PALS School Network is a combination of Hi-TEC-Hybrid dual-enrollment programs, hybrid satellite Micro-schools, and public school advocacy for academically distressed schools. Parents can opt into one of two programs: hybrid day schools at "hub campuses" or virtual learning Micro-schools at "satellite spoke campuses."

HUB & SPOKE ACADEMIC: ORGANIZATIONAL MODEL

The PALS School Network utilizes a unique organization, management, and academic model called "hub and spoke!" This concept is based on the premise that the apex, or hub, is like a bicycle hub which is the apex of the wheel. The spokes of the wheel branch out from and supports the hub. Both hub and spoke support each other to ensure a smooth and continual operation. Hubs are model primary campus sites that are strategically located across the Arkansas-Mississippi Delta region.

PEDAGOGY: EFFECTIVE INSTRUCTION LEADING TO SUCCESSFUL LEARNING:

On these campuses, scholars attend a half or full day of classes. Parents can elect ACE individualized core classes for k-12th, Liberty University K12 Online core classes, Technology, Entrepreneurship, Arts, Math, and Science (TEAMS) project-based labs for k-12, and Hi-TEC-Hy experiential classes for 9th-12th. All of these programs meet the needs of an inclusive population of scholars: Gifted, Exceptional Needs, and Present-Level learners. Every scholar's program is prescriptive to his/her learning style, academic learning rate, and diagnostic analysis is initially assessed at enrollment. Intermittent assessments are continued throughout the year. Data drives success for all scholars!!!

Hybrid day school class sizes are 1:12; virtual learning day classes are 1-1. The PALS hybrid pedagogical program is the foundation for core learning. The core curriculum is individualized to maximize the cognitive development of each scholar. Additionally, this academic model maximizes blended pedagogy of academic standards with an infusion of Technology, Engineering, Art, Math, and Science (TEAMS) experiential inquiry labs. We believe that every scholar is as unique as his/her God-given thumbprint!

PALS-4-SUCCESS: PUBLIC SCHOOL ADVOCACY:

Across the Mississippi Delta, distressed public schools are suffering economic and educational blight! These distressed districts are on their State Department of Education's "Needs Improvement List." Academic distress, universally, arises from inadequate LEA sourcing, poor parental involvement resulting from workforce insecurities; poor behavior management and student discipline; poor school and test attendance. PALS works with identified public school leaders to develop comprehensive school improvement plans that address discrepancies and maximizes the potential expectations. Indeed, serving as co-laborers and stakeholders in education for all scholars is a primary goal for the Partners of Academics, Leadership and Services -4- Success!!!
