Henderson Baker II (Colonel retired) is a distinguished United States Army veteran with                                                                                                   over 31 years of active military service.  He is an experienced Senior Human Resource and                                                                                                Financial Manager who has worked at all Army echelons and the Department of Defense                                                                                                 levels. Mr. Baker’s service includes positions within the Office of the Secretary of Defense                                                                                                and the Office of the Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff, Pentagon, Washington DC.  His                                                                                                           Master’s degrees were earned from the United States Army War College, Carlisle. Barrack,                                                                                            PA and the Webster University, St. Louis, Missouri in Strategic Studies, Human Resources                                                                                          Development, and Computer Resources and Information Management.  Mr. Baker has

received many awards, including the Legion of Merit, Soldier’s Medal, Bronze Star Medal, and Meritorious Service Medal with Three Oak Leaf Clusters. Since retiring from the Army, he has consulted for Defense and private industry regarding Human Resources policies and Finance Management. Mr. Baker brings a wealth of experience and education to PALS-4-Success as the Chief Financial Officer. Through his leadership, he guides the financial and human capital operations of the nonprofit with a spirit of exellence in duty!
